Lehman Asks For Tentative Ch. 11 Plan Hearing Date

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 6:06 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt financial services behemoth Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. asked a New York bankruptcy court Wednesday to schedule a November confirmation hearing for its reorganization plan and to set an October deadline for creditors to vote on it.
