Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Hanover Insurance Group Inc. and Massachusetts Bay Insurance Co. appealed the voluntary dismissal of a putative class action against them in Arkansas on Wednesday, asking the Eight Circuit to keep federal jurisdiction over claims they skimped on home repair costs.
Massachusetts Bay and Hanover, its holding company, filed a notice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, appealing the case to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
