Mich. Can't Sue Merck Over Vioxx, Appeals Court Says

Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 3:55 PM EDT) -- A Michigan appeals court ruled Thursday that a state law bars the state from suing Merck & Co. Inc. over the millions of dollars it spent on Medicaid reimbursements for the painkiller Vioxx, which was pulled from the market in 2004.
