DOC Says Chinese Woven Sacks Subject To Duties

Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce said Friday that it has determined Chinese producers of laminated woven sacks have sold their products for less than fair value and are subject to anti-dumping duties.

In a Federal Register notice, the DOC finalized the results of an administrative review of anti-dumping duties on woven sacks imposed last year and determined that mandatory respondent Zibo Aifudi Plastic Packaging Co. Ltd. should be subject to the China-wide dumping margin of 91.73 percent.
