US Sues Teva Over Generic HIV Drug

Law360 (March 18, 2011, 7:06 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government on Tuesday filed suit in New Jersey against a Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. unit in an effort to block a generic version of HIV drug Prezista, for which the U.S. holds a related patent.
