Judge Boots Kelley Drye From Arch Mold Suit

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 7:00 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey judge rejected Kelley Drye & Warren LLP's challenge Monday to its disqualification as Arch Chemicals Inc.'s counsel in H20 Plus LLC's contract suit over an allegedly ineffective preservative that was supposed to prevent mold growth on H20's skincare products.

Judge William J. Martini of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey signed off on a letter opinion and order Monday affirming a magistrate judge's Nov. 23 ruling that granted H20 Plus' bid to disqualify Kelley Drye.
