Supreme Court Won't Hear NJ Enviro Inspection Case

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 6:07 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to a hear a case brought by a couple claiming that evidence obtained by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection during a warrantless inspection of wetlands in their backyard should be suppressed.
