Judge Orders Bond Payment In Harry Potter IP Case

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 7:34 PM EDT) -- A U.K. judge on Friday ordered the estate behind “Willy the Wizard” to post funds covering court costs for J.K. Rowling and Bloomsbury Publishing PLC, respectively the author and publisher of the Harry Potter books, to continue its copyright infringement suit against them.
