Tech Co. Tries To Win Back Pentagon IT Contract

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 9:21 PM EDT) -- Jacobs Technology Inc. launched a suit Monday to block the U.S. Department of Defense from taking back an information technology contract after an IBM Corp. unit successfully challenged the department's decision in the U.S. Government Accountability Office.

Tennessee-based Jacobs said it should not have to revise its proposal for an IT service management contract with the U.S. Special Operations Command because the GAO's decision was improper, according to a complaint filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
