EPA Considers California's Plan To Curb Emissions

Law360, New York (April 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- More than three weeks after the Supreme Court gave the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency the power to set limits on vehicle emissions, the agency on Tuesday set in motion the formal process for considering California’s request to establish the first set of standards for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
