9th Circ. Mulls Quick-Look In Grocery Profit-Sharing Suit

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 5:01 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit held an en banc rehearing Tuesday to review whether a previous panel correctly applied so-called quick-look antitrust scrutiny to invalidate a profit-pooling agreement between California’s largest supermarkets during a period of mutual labor strife.
