Owens Corning Escapes Suit Over Faulty Shingles

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 4:50 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Monday that a pair of homeowners cannot proceed with their putative class action accusing Owens Corning of manufacturing defective roofing shingles because these claims were discharged in the company's prior bankruptcy proceedings.
