Mesaba Emerges From Chapter 11 With New Owner

Law360, New York (April 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After spending more than a year and half in bankruptcy protection, Mesaba Airlines emerged from Chapter 11 Tuesday, its new owner Northwest Airlines announced.

Mesaba, previously a regional carrier for Northwest, is now a wholly owned subsidiary operating a fleet of 50 plans as a Northwest Airlink partner.
