Massey Mine Inspector Charged Over Deadly Blast

Law360, New York (March 23, 2011, 3:03 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors on Tuesday filed charges against an inspector at a Massey Energy Co. coal mine in West Virginia where an April explosion killed 29 miners, claiming he routinely signed forms declaring shafts were safe despite being unlicensed to do so.
