American Apparel CEO Faces 2nd Sex Assault Suit

Law360, New York (March 23, 2011, 11:56 PM EDT) -- A former American Apparel Inc. employee accused CEO Dov Charney of sexually assaulting her after he lured her to his home with the promise of a modeling gig, filing the second sexual harassment suit against the CEO in two weeks.

Charney manhandled and tried to rape Kimbra Lo after inviting her to his house, the plaintiff claimed in a suit filed in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles.
