Judge Rules For Intel In AMD's Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 10, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused a request by chip maker Advanced Micro Devices Inc. to order rival Intel Corp. to turn over company documents to the European Commission in an antitrust probe stemming from a patent infringement lawsuit brought by Intergraph Corp.

U.S. District Judge James Ware in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California issued the ruling against AMD on Oct. 4.
