ITC Examines Duties On Japanese, Romanian Pipe

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 2:49 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday said it had launched a five-year review of anti-dumping duty orders on carbon and alloy seamless pipe from Japan and Romania.

In a Tuesday notice, the ITC said it is hoping to determine whether revoking the anti-dumping duty orders on carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe from Japan and Romania would still harm U.S. industry, nearly 10 years after the U.S. first imposed the duties.
