Wis. Union Fight Heads To State Supreme Court

Law360 (March 24, 2011, 6:49 PM EDT) -- A Wisconsin appeals court asked the state Supreme Court on Thursday to weigh in on a dispute over a law stripping most collective bargaining rights from many public workers, after Wisconsin's secretary of state filed an appeal to enforce the law.
