Fla. Directed To Amend LCD Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 6:43 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Thursday ordered the state of Florida to make certain changes to its complaint alleging that a group of technology companies engaged in a price-fixing conspiracy for liquid crystal display monitors used in TVs and computers.

Judge Susan Illston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, who is also overseeing multidistrict litigation on this topic, ruled that Florida must identify the assignors of the claims it purports to have authority to bring under federal and state antitrust laws....
