Group Sues HHS For Access To Health Care Ad Info

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 7:52 PM EDT) -- On Wednesday, the first anniversary of President Barack Obama signing the federal health care law, a conservative watchdog group sued the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services seeking records about advertisements promoting the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
