Lloyd's Wants Stay Of Forest Fire Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 2:38 PM EDT) -- Lloyd's of London asked a federal court Thursday to stay a coverage dispute over a 2004 Northern California forest fire that burned some 4,000 acres of national forest lands and caused more than $38 million in damage.
