Feds Seek Retrial Of Former NY Senate Leader

Law360 (March 24, 2011, 9:27 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors asked the Second Circuit Thursday for a chance to retry former New York State Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno, claiming that they had enough evidence to convict him even under the new limited scope of the honest services statute.
