Law360, New York (March 28, 2011, 8:46 PM EDT) -- Tuesday's long-awaited showdown in the U.S. Supreme Court between Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and a group of female workers who accuse the retail giant of gender bias could dramatically alter the way class actions are litigated, attorneys say.
