McBreen Demands Insurer Cover Fiduciary Claims

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 7:15 PM EDT) -- McBreen & Kopko LLP asked an Illinois federal court Thursday to dismiss a declaratory judgment action brought against it by Twin City Fire Insurance Co. over coverage for breach of fiduciary claims arising from Butler International Inc.'s bankruptcy.

In a motion for judgment on the pleadings, lodged in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, McBreen & Kopko said all five counts in Twin City's declaratory judgment action were without merit.
