Young Conaway Expands Into New York

Law360 (April 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a move that evidences a growing niche market for firms that step in on a client’s behalf when primary counsel has a conflict of interest, Delaware-based Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor LLP has expanded into New York City.

Wednesday, Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor announced that it had opened an office in midtown Manhattan, and that Pauline K. Morgan, a partner in the firm’s bankruptcy and corporate restructuring section, will serve as the office managing partner.
