Mexican Pipe Co. Seeks NAFTA Review Of US Duties

Law360, New York (March 28, 2011, 7:25 PM EDT) -- A Mexican steel tubing manufacturer is asking the North American Free Trade Agreement Secretariat to review the U.S. Department of Commerce's anti-dumping duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube imports from Mexico.

Maquilacero SA filed a first request for panel review of the final results of Commerce's 2008-2009 anti-dumping administrative review with the U.S. section of the NAFTA Secretariat on March 18, the department announced in a Federal Register notice Friday.
