ITC To Review Apple, RIM Win In Kodak Patent Case

Law360 (March 25, 2011, 10:35 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Friday it would reconsider an earlier ruling that Apple Inc. and Research in Motion Ltd. did not infringe an Eastman Kodak Co. digital camera patent.

The decision jeopardizes a January ruling in favor of Apple and RIM, and may ultimately help Kodak wrest more than a $1 billion in royalties from the two companies, according to Kodak spokesman David Lanzillo.
