Judge Trims Enviro Claims Over Ex-Airbase Cleanup

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 8:01 PM EDT) -- A Kansas federal judge on Friday trimmed environmental claims brought by Salina, Kan., against the federal government, preserving a $2 million damages claim while denying injunctive relief that would modify ongoing cleanup efforts at the former Schilling Air Force Base.
