Ex-Solicitor General To Rep States In PPACA Fight

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 11:23 PM EDT) -- Former U.S. Solicitor General Paul Clement will reportedly be handling oral arguments in the Eleventh Circuit for the 26 states fighting the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Clement has agreed to represent the states that have signed on to the Florida lawsuit challenging the health care reform law's individual mandate in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the Associated Press reported on Friday.
