BP Targeted Again Over Worker Safety

Law360 (April 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas court judge ordered BP Plc to turn over air-quality tests at its Texas City refinery within the next 10 days, after a purported gas leak last week sent over 100 contract workers into area hospitals.

The ruling by Judge Samuel Kent tells BP to identify any allegedly toxic substances that were released at the plant on April 19.
