Lawyer Sues Ex-Partners For $13M In Fees

Law360, New York (April 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A prominent Illinois plaintiffs lawyer has sued his former partners over the allocation of more than $100 million in attorneys’ fees earned in big class actions.

Lawyer Rex Carr has filed a racketeering suit against two former partners and another lawyer from the now dissolved St. Louis-based firm Carr Korein Tillery, alleging the attorneys conspired to withhold his rightful share of the court victories.
