Ford Defective Engine Suits Can Roll On: Judge

Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 2:41 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. lost its bid Monday to halt 11 putative class actions over alleged diesel engine defects that were filed after the car giant settled a similar case in South Carolina in 2007.

Judge Henry M.
