Judge Won't Step Down From Ex-AIG Execs' Fraud Case

Law360 (March 28, 2011, 8:23 PM EDT) -- A New York state judge is refusing to recuse himself from the state attorney general's case accusing two former American International Group Inc. executives of using sham transactions to distort the company's reported financial condition.
