Law360, New York (March 29, 2011, 6:24 PM EDT) -- A California federal court on Monday ruled against Mattel Inc.’s claim that rival MGA Entertainment Inc. induced a group of former Mattel employees to breach a duty of loyalty in the toymakers' ongoing battle over the development of Bratz dolls.
