Ford Faces La. Class Action Over Diesel Engine Flaws

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 1:57 PM EDT) -- Two Louisiana consumers on Tuesday hit Ford Motor Co. and Navistar Inc. with a putative class action claiming the companies concealed massive defects in a diesel engine model, a day after Ford lost a bid to halt 11 similar actions.
