Wachovia, Atty Group End $120M Contract Row

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 3:17 PM EDT) -- Wachovia Bank NA on Tuesday forged a truce with a plaintiffs attorneys group in a Washington lawsuit seeking $120 million in damages from the bank for allegedly breaching an $89.5 million real estate loan agreement.

Judge Royce C. Lamberth terminated the suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, leaving the case subject to reinstatement if Wachovia and the American Association for Justice do not effectuate the settlement within 60 days.
