Texas Bank Loses Bid To Split Up Investors' Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 2:22 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday shot down TriCentury Corp.'s bid to sever a suit it faces over its outside general counsel's theft of $2.5 million in investments meant to fund a proposed bank that TriCentury never opened.
