AHLH Disclosure Statement Sent Back For Revisions

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 7:37 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge in Delaware ruled Wednesday that Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. must make additional disclosures regarding the key settlement within its liquidation plan before the defunct subprime lender can send the plan to creditors for a vote.

Judge Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware directed AHLH to amend its disclosure statement to clarify release provisions incorporated in the settlement, along with other minor changes.
