California Threatens EPA With Suit Over Air Standards

Law360 (April 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has warned the Environmental Protection Agency that California will sue the federal government if it does not move ahead with the state’s bid to cut down greenhouse gas emissions from new vehicles in the next six months.
