Calif. Nuke Worker Fired For Blowing Whistle: Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 7:44 PM EDT) -- A former Southern California Edison Co. manager sued the power giant Tuesday, alleging he was fired for reporting regulatory violations at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station “at a time of unprecedented concerns about nuclear power plants along our shores.”
