Hyundai, Kia To Pay Royalties In Car Audio IP Suit

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Hyundai Motor America Inc. and its subsidiary Kia Motors America Inc. must pay a technology company ongoing royalties on automobiles they sold that a jury found infringed car audio systems patents, a Texas federal judge ruled Wednesday.
