Loeb & Loeb Nabs Ex-Howrey Antitrust Partner

Law360, New York (March 30, 2011, 8:07 PM EDT) -- Loeb & Loeb LLP said Wednesday it had pulled in a former Howrey LLP partner to boost the ranks of its New York office, where he will serve as co-chair of the firm's antitrust practice.

Michael W. Jahnke, who regularly counsels clients on antitrust issues with proposed merger and acquisition transactions and joint ventures, was also formerly a partner at Allen & Overy LLP, where he served as head of that firm's U.S. antitrust group, according to Loeb & Loeb.
