Judge Sets Hearing For Lehman Reorganization Plans

Law360 (April 13, 2011, 5:28 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge agreed Wednesday to allow competing reorganization plans for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. to be heard on the same day, despite concerns over the timing of Lehman's demands for more information from a creditors group.

All disclosure statements filed in time will be considered together at a June 28 hearing, ordered Judge James M. Peck of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
