Chevron Wins Bid To Transfer Samson Suit To Texas

Law360 (March 30, 2011, 9:45 PM EDT) -- Chevron USA Inc. won the right Wednesday to transfer to Texas a dispute with Samson Offshore Co. over losses Chevron sustained when the Deepwater Horizon disaster rendered one of its drill ships idle.
