Eolas Legal Team Wins Key Ruling In Separate Patent Suit Vs. Microsoft

Law360 (October 13, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In another coup for the small firm that won a $565 million judgment against Microsoft in the controversial Eolas patent suit, a federal judge has denied Microsoft’s motions for summary judgment in a strikingly similar patent suit involving a key Windows feature.
