Madoff Trustee Fights JPMorgan Bid To Move $6B Suit

Madoff's investment company fought back Wednesday against JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s efforts to "escape the scrutiny" of a New York bankruptcy court by removing the trustee's $6.4 billion lawsuit against it to a district court.
