Target, Others Can't Kick Bruce Lee Trademark Claims

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 5:05 PM EDT) -- Target Corp., Urban Outfitters Inc. and other retailers on Thursday lost a bid to dismiss unfair competition and trademark infringement claims brought in New York by Bruce Lee's estate over T-shirts bearing the martial arts icon's image.
