Fraud Suit Over Petrosearch-Double Eagle Deal Nixed

Law360, New York (April 1, 2011, 12:33 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday tossed Tiberius Capital LLC 's suit claiming the merger of Double Eagle Petroleum Co. and Petrosearch Energy Corp. was fraudulent and that the plaintiff, a Petrosearch investor, was due dissenter rights.
