US Tries To Bar Defense Expert In Rajaratnam Trial

Law360, New York (April 1, 2011, 3:09 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors in the insider trading trial of Galleon Group LLC founder Raj Rajaratnam in New York asked the judge Thursday to block the testimony of a finance professor, saying he would only repeat arguments already made by the defense.
