US, EU Antitrust Heads Vow Cooperation, Enforcement

Law360, New York (April 1, 2011, 3:39 PM EDT) -- U.S. and international antitrust enforcers on Friday said their agencies were entering a new era of international cooperation and aggressive expansion of their capabilities, firing a warning shot across the bow of the health care industry in particular.
